Join Angela for 2 hours of yoga bliss as she takes you through a balancing Yin and Yang practice. Class begins with dynamic vinyasa sequences to build heat and strength. The uplifting yang energy of the first half of class will be followed by the calming and deeply introspective yin energy of the second half. The long supportive holds of yin yoga are designed not only to penetrate deep into the connective tissue, but also allows for mindful introspection.
This indulgent practice is beneficial for expanding flexibility, increasing circulation to the joints, and cultivating awareness of inner peace, while increasing the overall flow of prana or chi. When done in tandem, moving through both yin and yang practices will leave you feeling balanced and centered.
